Aaron Rath

Aaron started his construction career 1991 in the drywall industry. He moved his way up through the trade and became a superintendent for different home builders in the Denver metro area. This took him across the US building apartments, condos, and townhomes.

In 2005 he decided to ride along with a friend who at the time was an ASHI inspector. After one ride along he was hooked and decided to take the leap into becoming a home inspector. It started out slow, but he kept working and honed his skills as a home inspector. With his years in the construction industry and now 16 years as an ASHI Certified home inspector, EDI Moisture Analyst/Building Envelope II.
